The former Ajax manager has been the brain and hand behind the resurgent Manchester United squad who are in pole position to make the top four.
He has led the team to end their six-year wait for their first trophy after winning the Carabao Cup with a 2-0 victory over Newcastle at Wembley Stadium.
Ten Hag has kept Manchester United in all competitons this season, helping the team retain their place in the Europa League and FA Cup after clinching the EFL Cup.
Despite the shock fall to Liverpool at Anfield in the Premier League, Ten Hag has helped the team return to winning ways against Real Betis in the Europa League round 16 at Old Trafford.
It is the second time he has clinched the award beating the likes of Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.
