Arsenal Star CONFIRMS Decision to Leave Arsenal In The Summer! [Details]

Arsenal will lose one of their players at the end of the season, MySportDab reports.

The Gunners, who have been on pole position on the Premier League title charge, has some big players who have fallen out of the pecking order at the club.

Some have been loaned to other clubs while others are consigned to the bench struggling to break into Mikel Arteta’s starting eleven.

Now, one of Arsenal players, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, have confirmed his decision to leave Arsenal at the end of the season.

Maitland Niles made it clear he will leave Arsenal at the end of the season when his contract at the club will come to an end.

Speaking with Athletic, Maitland-Niles said;

“It has been a great journey playing for Arsenal but it has come to an end now. It is time for me to find a new home.”

Ainsley Maitland-Niles is currently on loan at Southampton.

He joined the Saints in September, 2022 after he struggled to break into Arsenal’s starting eleven.

Maitland-Niles nursed his football career in Arsenal academy in 2003 when he was just six years old.

His first professional debut with the Gunners came in 2014 when he featured in a Champions League game against Galatasaray.

He won the FA Cup with the Gunners in 2020 but struggled recently to break into Arsenal’s starting eleven.

He has been on loan spells to Ipswich Town, West Bromwich Albion, Roma, and currently Southampton.

The club has reportedly agreed to part ways with him at the expiration of his Arsenal contract and the agreement was reportedly brokered few months ago.
