FT: Bayern 1-1 Manchester City, Haaland Sealed Semifinal TICKET! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Manchester City advance to the semifinal of the UEFA Champions League despite draw with Bayern Munich 1-1 with a 0-4 aggregate, MySportDab reports.

Erling Haaland missed a penalty but later came back to score an amazing goal which sealed their place in the semifinal of the Champions League.

First Half Report 

A lot happened in the first half of the encounter which saw both teams giving a good account of themselves going forward in the match.

Bayern Munich came into the match knowing they have a three goal deficit to climb back from having lost the first leg of the encounter so badly.

Manchester City were still pressing to ensure they score more goals in the match which didn’t come so easy with the game pushing on between the two of them.

Erling Haaland had the opportunity of making the scoreline 0-1 but unfortunately he couldn’t convert a penalty which he missed in the 38th minutes of the game.

Manchester City ended the first half of the match with a goalless 0-0 against Bayern Munich which was one that both of them had their opportunities but couldn’t make it work.

Second Half Report 

The second half was brilliant coming from both sides who gave it all their best going forward with so much needed to be done all through.

Bayern Munich held on fine but showed some lapses which their opponent took advantage on a couple of occasions but didn’t make something happen.

Erling Haaland made it count in the 57th minutes making the scoreline 0-1 for Manchester City after so much work done from their end to get the opening goal.

The home side pulled level late from the penalty spot which saw scored by Joshua Kimmich to make the scoreline 1-1 with just few minutes to be played between them.

The game stringed a late drama which saw Thomas Tuchel being sent off after receiving a second yellow card from the referee.

Things didn’t work out for Bayern Munich as they couldn’t make a comeback with saw Manchester City progress with a 1-4 aggregate after their 1-1 draw in Germany.
