Real Madrid claimed a first leg advantage beating Chelsea 2-0 in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinal, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report
The first half of the game was a close call between both sides, but it was just a moment of brilliance that saw the home side getting more from the 45 minutes.
Chelsea were to second best of both teams, but they did managed to make sure they caused some troubles which wasn’t good enough to bring anything.
Real Madrid had some real opportunities of making things happen in the game but they failed to put it into good use as the match carried on between them for the night.
Karim Benzema made it count in the 21st minutes with a stunner which saw him making it count for his side when needed the most with the scoreline turned 1-0 between them.
That goal was the only action as Chelsea couldn’t make anything happen with Real Madrid taking a 1-0 advantage into the break after 45 minutes of football.
Second Half Report
The second half was a huge one from both teams who started well with a lot coming from them with hopes of the away side making a comeback.
Chelsea continued to give in their best until a bad tackle from Ben Chilwell saw the Blues being reduced to 10-man in the 59th minutes of the encounter.
Real Madrid were left with more room to operate as the match carried on which resulted in Marco Asensio making the scoreline 2-0 with a wonderful finish in the 74th minutes.
Real Madrid made sure they finished off the match beating Chelsea once again 2-0 after 90 minutes of football which gave them all the advantage heading into the second leg.
