Cristiano Ronaldo pushed away a member of Al-Khaleej backroom staff during Al-Nassr match, MySportDab reports.
The former Manchester United forward was angry after Al-Nassr drew 1-1 with Al-Khaleej in a tightly contested Saudi Pro League game.
In a footage, available at the end of this post, Cristiano Ronaldo could be seen angrily pushing away the opponents’ backroom room staff who was trying to take a selfie with him.
The highly-rated forward was unhappy with the outcome of the game which saw the team drop further in their bid to challenge for the Saudi Pro League title.
The match saw two quick first-half goals by both teams but it turned out to be the only goal throughout the game.
Fabio Martins scored the opener for Al-Khaleej in the 4th minute before Gonzalez equalized for Al-Nassr.
Later in the game, Cristiano Ronaldo found the back of the net to put Al-Nassr in front but his goal was ruled out as offside.
Al-Nassr are now five points adrift of Al-Ittihad who are leading the race to clinch the Saudi Pro League trophy.
Cristiano Ronaldo was frustrated after the game but was serenaded by Al-Khaleej players and staffs who were asking for a selfie and his shirt.
Amid the players and staffs trying to have access to him, Ronaldo went angry and shoved one of the Al-Khaleej backroom staff.
He, however, ended up giving up his shirt to one of the players before angrily heading off to the tunnel after the game.
Ronaldo’s angry outburst could be linked to Al-Nassr’s recent slump in the Saud Pro League that has leave them miles away from winning the Saudi Pro League.
His hope of winning the trophy with the club in his debut season has now been torn apart as their chances of catching up with Al-Ittihad is now slimmer than before.
Ronaldo has scored 12 goals in 13 games for Al-Nassr but is unhappy at the club.
There were rumors linking him to an exit from club just few months into his two-year contract.
