Chelsea suffered another defeat under Frank Lampard as Arsenal made sure they thrashed the Blues 3-0, MySportDab reports.
The Gunners reclaimed their position as number one on the Premier League table following the much needed victory from them.
First Half Report
So much happened in the first half which saw the Gunners dominating play and scoring goals for fun all through the 45 minutes.
Arsenal opened the goal scoring in the 18th minutes after missing a lot of opportunities before Martin Odegaard lovely finish made the scoreline 1-0 moving on.
Chelsea were their usual with some sloppy play which soon resulted in them going down 2-0 in the 31st minutes with another goal from Martin Odegaard who was on fire.
Gabriel Jesus finished off the goal scoring for the first half with a wonderful finish which was beyond Kepa Arrizabalaga reach to make it 3-0 in the 34th minutes.
Chelsea ended the first half of the match wasted with a 3-0 disadvantage against Arsenal who had no care for their fellow London neighbor after 45 minutes.
Second Half Report
The second half started with Frank Lampard deciding on making a change which saw Kai Havertz coming in to replace Aubameyang who was poor.
Chelsea carried on with the second half smoothly making sure they did well enough not to concede more goals early in the remaining 45 minutes.
Arsenal maintained good composure as they hit the one hour mark with the scoreline staying the same which was good enough for them.
Noni Madueke scored in the 65th minutes of the match to make sure he pulls one goal back for the Blues to make the scoreline 3-1.
Arsenal made sure they cemented all three points to move number one on the Premier League table with a 3-0 win against Chelsea who continued their losing streak.
