Arsenal claimed an impressive 5-0 victory against Wolves in the final day of the Premier League, MySportDab reports.
Granit Xhaka scored a in what was his farewell game for the Gooners after an amazing spell playing with the club since joining them.
First Half Report
The first half of the game was filled with goals flying in from the home side who had everything under control in their attacking.
Wolves did well to hold their own in the first 10 minutes of the game which saw them keeping the scoreline goalless between them and their opponent.
Arsenal took the lead in the 11th minutes from a wonderful finish which came from Granit Xhaka to make the scoreline 1-0 as the game carried on moving forward.
The Switzerland International added another one in the 14th making the scoreline 2-0 and a brace for Granit Xhaka who continued enjoying the match so much.
Another goal was scored in the 27th minutes by Bukayo Saka which increased the scoreline by 3-0 as Arsenal ended the first half with a comfortable lead against Wolves.
Second Half Report
The second half came to life with nothing much the home side looked to add as they already scored three goals and looking to see out the match.
Thomas Partey scored in the 53rd minutes for Arsenal, but unfortunately VAR came to play and ruled out the goal with the scoreline staying the same.
Wolves were caught napping as the home side added another one in the 58th minutes from Gabriel Jesus making the scoreline 4-0 as the game continued between them.
Jakub Kiwior added another goal in the 78th minutes of the match making the scoreline 5-0 as the result became more embarrassing for the away side.
Arsenal ended the match with a 5-0 victory against Wolves which saw them finishing the 2022-23 season with all three points and second on the Premier League table.
