Manchester United are now done with the lack of consistency and injuries of Anthony Martial, MySportDab reports.

The Red Devils will now try to sell him this summer.

The Frenchman has failed to impress in Erik ten Hag’s team this season after suffering several injuries and missing many games.

Martial has struggled with different injuries such as hip, hamstring, back and Achilles problems this season.

The 27-year-old did not shake Ten Hag after being substituted for Wout Weghorst during the recent 1-0 win against Bournemouth on Saturday.

According to The Sun, United will try to cash in on him this summer and raise some funds for new players for next season.

Ten Hag said that Martial returned to the bench at Bournemouth after leaving straight down the tunnel in frustration.

‘I think he’s fine. He did play well, he returned to the bench,’ Ten Hag told talkSPORT.

‘I think he just went straight into the dressing room, I don’t know how you see it.’

Martial has scored eight goals and provided three assists in 27 matches this season.

The Frenchman remains under contract until 2024 and earns around £240,000-a-week.

He has endured a disappointing time at Manchester United since he joined in 2015 for an initial £36million.

The recent win against Bournemouth has moved United closer to qualifying for the Champions League next season.

Ten Hag added: ‘The game on Thursday for us is a final and I hope all the fans are ready for it because we want to seal it then. We therefore need a very good performance.

‘You have to be fully ready, be on the front foot, and have the highest energy levels. You must be focused.’
