Hakim Ziyech to Al Nassr move has suffered a fresh setback, MySportDab reports.
Al Nassr are reportedly doubting the possiblity of signing the 30-year-old Morocco international this summer.
Hakim Ziyech was set to join a host of other Chelsea players to Saudi Arabia after Al Nassr indicated interest in the out-of-favor Chelsea star.
A flurry of massive exodus from Chelsea first team this summer has seen the likes of N’Golo Kante joining Al Ittihad, Kalidou Koulibaly joining Al Hilal, and Edouard Mendy moving to Al Ahli.
Ziyech would have been the fourth Chelsea player to move to the East but the move have now suffered a temporary setback
According to Footmercato, Ziyech transfer to Al Nassr is in doubt due to a failed medical process he has done with the club.
The report adds Ziyech has undergone the medical but could not pass it as a knee issue was identified making Al Nassr reluctant to continue the move.
Last summer, the same knee problem was said to be the cause of his ill-fated loan move to PSG.
PSG wanted to sign Hakim Ziyech on loan from Chelsea last summer but the move did not happen due to a similar problem and other administrative issues.
However, all hope is not lost for Hakim Ziyech on the Al Nassr move as he could still sealed a move to the Saudi club if the medical glitch is sorted out.
A failed move could see the Chelsea star back to Chelsea again but will be relegated to the peripheries under new Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino.
