The manager of a Premier League club has now been questioned by police over the rape of a teenage girl, MySportDab reports.
According to the Sun, the coach of a top club in England was questioned by police over a historical allegation of rape.
MySportDab understands that the coach met the complainant when she applied to work for an organisation he was with at the time.
However, that was a different job and it currently has no connection to the Premier League club he is currently involved with.
The Sun believe the allegation is from a few years ago after she applied for a job in his previous role, and that she is now a mature woman.
The Premier League coach showed up at a police station on Monday, voluntarily, and got interviewed under caution but not arrested.
Further enquiries will be done before a decision is made whether to press charges or not.
Met Police detectives first received a crime report about the rape incident in September 2021.
The coach has now denied the rape claim and is ‘shocked’ by the allegation.
