Tottenham have officially announced the signing of Ange Postecoglou as their new head coach, MySportDab reports.

The new appointment has been made official as the current 2022-23 season comes to an end all over Europe.

Ange Postecoglou will be taking charge of the team and have a lot of work to do ahead of the new season.

He will be coming in with a lot of experience as former Celtic coach who have won a lot with the team before leaving.

Spurs will be hoping his appointment will go a long way in helping the team rebuild after the sacking of Antonio Conte.

The new head coach has achieved success across other continent before making his move to Celtic.

There is a lot he will be bring to the Premier League which is a new ground for him without any experience.

The former Australian player is the first person from his country to be taking charge of Tottenham in their history.

He is also the first Australian manager to handle a Premier League side heading into the new season which wont be an easy one.

Tottenham officially confirmed the appointment via their official website announcing their new head coach.

Here Is What Spurs Chairman Said:

“Ange brings a positive mentality and a fast, attacking style of play.

“He has a strong track record of developing players and an understanding of the importance of the link from the academy – everything that is important to our Club.

“We are excited to have Ange join us as we prepare for the season ahead.”

Ange Postecoglou signed a four year contract which will see him remain with the club to rebuild from scratch.

There is also a possibility of him leaving earlier if things fails to go well like we have seen over the years with Tottenham sacking managers.
