Two Chelsea players are closing in on a deal to move to Saudi Arabia after star midfielder, N’Golo Kante, sealed a move to Saudi Arabia, MySportDab reports.
Chelsea have already confirmed the exit of 13 players with more big-name exits expected in the coming days.
Now, according to Fabrizio Romano, N’Golo Kante has signed a four-year deal with Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia but two more Chelsea players – Hakim Ziyech and Kalidou Kalidou – are set to join him in Saudi Arabia.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Hakim Ziyech is closing in on a deal to join Cristiano Ronaldo in Al-Nassr, another big club in Saudi Arabia and Al-Ittihad rival.
Al-Nassr have met with Ziyech’s camp and talks with the player is on the fast lane with personal terms expected to be reached soon in a matter of days.
The move could see Hakim Ziyech face his former teammate at Chelsea, N’Golo Kante at Al-Ittihad, when the two clubs square up against each other in the Saudi Pro League.
Fabrizio Romano also confirmed another Saudi club giants Al-Hilal are on the trail of Kalidou Kalidou, who joined Chelsea last summer from Napoli.
Al-Hilal have met with Kalidou Koulibaly’s camp and talks have been progressing.
The club are now ready to submit an official contract offer and bid for Kalidou Koulibaly and will hope to poach the defender to the Saudi club this summer.
Chelsea are open to the exit of a number of players with Hakim Ziyech set to be allowed to leave the club.
Kalidou Koulibaly’s Chelsea future is still uncertain with interest from Al-Hilal but sources close to the club have revealed Chelsea want to sell Kalidou Koulibaly and Edouard Mendy after Kante’s exit.
