Bayern Munich are plotting a shock move for a top Premier League player as Harry Kane deal seems unlikely, MySportDab reports.

Recall the Bundesliga giants have submitted two round of rejected bids for Harry Kane and are reportedly ready to hang on and drop a possible third offer before bowing out.

It is understood Tottenham are not ready to sell Harry Kane, their star striker, although the latter has a year remaining in his Tottenham contract and has not signed a new deal yet.

There are reports Tottenham are ready to pull the last strings in their wage budget and fork out an astronomical wage offer of £400,000 weekly for Harry Kane in a new proposed deal.

Such wage scale will place Harry Kane among the highest earning Premier League players.

Amidst reports of Tottenham’s bogus wage proposal for Harry Kane which will make the player the second highest-paid Premier League player, German outlets have reported that Bayern Munich are eyeing an alternative for Harry Kane should they fail to prise the England star from the the lucrative new proposal from Tottenham.

According to BILD, Bayern Munich are already eyeing a move for Manchester City star Julian Alvarez, 23, as an alternative target for Kane.

Julian Alvarez, 23, has been tipped as another big football talent coming from Argentina but has been forced to the bench at Manchester City due to the towering influence of Norwegian goal machine Erling Haaland.

Alvarez won the 2022 World Cup with Argentina and has five years remaining in his Manchester City contract.

Bayern Munich have slim chances of signing Julian Alvarez as Guardiola places a high premium on the player despite playing second fiddle to Erling Haaland.

However, the Bundesliga serial champions cannot totally ruled off the possibility of landing Julian Alvarez with the prospects of regular game time and first team football more likely to attract the Argentinian young talent when the German club come calling.
