Bayern Munich are set to table a second huge offer to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur this summer, MySportDab reports.
The Bavarians are vigorously chasing a deal to land the highly-rated forward this summer.
They have tendered a first bid worth £70m to Tottenham go sign the player but have been met with rejection.
Tottenham have even refused to admit having received a bid from Bayern Munich for Harry Kane as they maintain their ‘no-sale’ stance in Kane’s Tottenham future.
Sources close to the club have revealed Tottenham Chief Executive, Daniel Levy, is not ready to sell Harry Kane although the latter has only one year remaining in his Tottenham contract with no renewed deal in place.
Now, Bayern Munich are not ready to back off from their pursuit of the Premier League and England top scorer as the club consider him a prime target to fit into the shoes of Robert Lewandwoski who left a vacuum on the attack after leaving the club for Barcelona.
Bayern Munich new sporting director Michael Rechske is keen on signing Harry Kane despite coming against the odds from Tottenham hierarchy, who are said to be hard negotiators.
Bayern Munich are currently ready for another bigger offer to Tottenham Hotspur to sign Harry Kane as per reports from Daily Mail.
According to the report, Bayern Munich are readying a £80m offer to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham.
The club believe such an offer for the 29-year-old will force Tottenham into the negotiation table.
The report adds Bayern Munich president Huli Hoeness believes the amount is too expensive but Bayern Munich director Reschke is keen on the move to force Tottenham’s hand to let go of Harry Kane.
However, it is understood Tottenham are more likely to reject the £80m offer as sources close to the club says Daniel Levy values Harry Kane in excess of £100m.
