Full Match Report

The match was evenly balanced from kickoff between both teams who did a lot or work going forward and also defending.

Italy came in strong and so was their opponent who also had their moment, but none of them could make anything happen with their opportunities.

Argentina did a lot from their end while making sure they make something of the match which they had bragging rights and showed class.

There was nothing they could both achieve despite how much they came close or near to ensuring something did happen in the game between them.

Italy Vs Argentina pressed on to the half time with no goal scored after 45 minutes which saw them heading for the break with a 0-0 scoreline.

They kicked off things in the second half which was where the whole game changed just from one used opportunity from them.

Argentina were very much in the game intending to make something, but they keep getting their opportunities thrown away with nothing to gain.

Italy also continued to have ill luck with their opportunities as they couldn’t score anything or put anything to good use despite the changes in play.

The goal finally came in the 87th minutes after a beautiful goal from Cristiana Girelli who headed in a delivery to make the scoreline 1-0.

Her goal was enough as Italy claimed a narrow 1-0 victory against Argentina who gave their best but could manage to remain in the game at the end of everything.
