Manchester United have announced one of the biggest kit sponsorship deal in Premier League history, MySportDab reports.
The Premier League giants have been in partnership with Adidas, one of the biggest football investors in the world for decades and have extended the deal now.
A statement on the club’s website confirming the new agreement with Adidas reads;
‘’Manchester United and Adidas are happy to announce further extension of their partnership in sports.
‘‘It has been an exciting journey since the contract was started in 2015/16 season bringing the club and Adidas together after over 23 years.
“The partnership has been a fulfilling experience both for the club and Adidas as they bring fans with lofty and progressive ideas to elicit them and further develop the club both on and off the pitch.”
“The club is also happy to announce as part of the new deal, more focus will be on the women team since they were reintroduced in 2018 to push through the club’s commitment to developing the women game.”
According to reports, the new kit deal between Manchester United and Adidas will see the club raked in a whooping £90million every season.
The figure is the highest amount any Premier League team has earned via their kit deals with various sponsors in the history of the Premier League.

Liverpool were top of the ladder with £80m but have now been dislodged by Manchester United.
Arsenal is now third with £75m, while Manchester City are fourth with £65m.
Chelsea and Tottenham are 5th and 6th earning £60m and £40m, respectively.
