Manchester United and Inter Milan have finally reach agreement to sign prolific Cameroon goalkeeper, Andre Onana, from Inter Milan, MySportDab reports.

The Cameroonian has been a prime target for Erik Ten Hag after Manchester United failed to reached a deal with ex-goalkeeper, David De Gea on a new deal.

Erik Ten Hag has worked with Andre Onana at Ajax and is said to be a big fan of Onana’s style of play and tactics.

After a round of talks and negotiations, Man United have finally reached agreement with Inter Milan to sign Onana for £43 million including add-ons.

Personal terms have already been agreed between Onana and Manchester United.

The former Ajax goalkeeper will sign a five years contract with Manchester United to stay at the club till 2028.

It has been confirmed Andre Onana will join Manchester United preseason trip in the US on Wednesday hence the club are planning to announce his signing today.

Onana is the second player that Manchester United have signed this summer after the club completed a big summer deal with Chelsea to sign Mason Mount.

Onana will be expected to take the place of David De Gea as Manchester United first team goalkeeper after the latter left the club following the failure of contract renewal talks.

Onana and Erik Ten Hag left Ajax at the same time after the end of the 2021/22 season after working together for five years.

The move will see the two reunite for another big football campaign with Manchester United who are looking to return to their glory days.
