Manchester United Takeover Update CONFIRMED! [Details]

Manchester United takeover had been dragging but a recent update on the state of the takeover has been confirmed, MySportDab reports.

According to reports reaching us from Daily Mail there are still some level of uncertainty on how the takeover process could swing in the coming days and weeks but there is clarity “the Glazers will still be in control of the club when the 2023/24 season kicks off”

While the latest update nah come as a disappointment to the larger a group of Man United fanbase who wants the Glazers to leave before next season begins, it is understood the Glazers are still holding tight on their ownership of the club as bids received so far fail to meet their £6bn valuation of the club.

Two bidders, Jim Ratcliffe and Shiekh Jassim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, have been frontliners on the race to take over the club.

It is understood that Sheikh Jassim made a last hour final bid that twisted the race in their favor.

They were tipped to become the new owners of Manchester United with reports saying the Glazers were exclusively discussing the takeover process with the Qatari contingents.

However, Daily Mail has now disclosed Shiekh Jassim’s bid for the club was still below the Glazers £6bn valuation of Manchester United hence the Glazers are still dragging and are not ready to bow out of the stage.

This means the American investors will likely still be in charge of the club when the 2023/24 season begins.
