Given that Tom Brady’s reign of dominance over the NFL is set to meet its end, fans are already speculating which teams and individual players will likely take up the mantle as the next dynasty clubs in the making across the next decade of play.

The next generation of NFL talent has continued to emerge across the league in recent years, opening up a contending window for most youthful teams to utilize for a prolonged period.

Heading into the next few years of competitive play, these are the top projected teams in the NFL who are expected to contend for a Superbowl for the foreseeable future:

Buffalo Bills

Nestled in the frigid temperatures within the exterior providence of New York stands Highmark Stadium, home to one of the NFL’s top-ranked clubs this season and one that has emerged as a major Superbowl contender for several years.

The Bills have remained a dormant franchise since their fourth consecutive Superbowl losing appearances during the 1990s. Yet, this next decade is expected to be the most successful in franchise history, given the immense amount of talent this team has amassed.

Franchise star named Quarterback Josh Allen has given the Bills a tremendous offensive presence at the game’s most vital position thanks to his deep throwing arm and exceptional IQ play, with his main partner in crime coming as superstar wide receiver Stefon Diggs.

Diggs and Allen’s unparalleled chemistry on the field have already set the Bills as the quintessential favorites to win a SuperBowl, with the two players often being popular selections regarding DraftKings’ NFL week 1 odds and offensive plays.

Alongside their talent at QB and WR, the Bills also have a dependable offensive line and a feared defense highlighted by the arrival of former Superbowl MVP Von Miller, which will keep the Bills in firm contention to win a ring in the coming years (so long as they win the coin toss if they are heading into Overtime).

Kansas City Chiefs

Unlike the Bills, the Chiefs have already reached Superbowl stardom. They are well in the running to contend for even more rings across the next decade, with QB Patrick Mahomes firmly establishing himself as the NFL’s next top name to take over from the aging Brady and Aaron Rodgers.

At the helm stands an elite head coach in Andy Rei; the Chiefs also providing Mahomes with a tremendous asset at Tight End in Travis Kelce and a rugged O-Line that provides some of the best protection for their star-studded QB.

In recent years, the Chiefs have made three AFC Championship game appearances, two Superbowl games, and one Vince Lombardi trophy, with many more expected to follow, meaning that this team is set up to contend for many years as long as Mahomes is still playing at QB.

Cincinnati Bengals

The long-suffering Bengals franchise shocked everyone last season when they battled toward the Superbowl before narrowly falling short to the LA Rams at the final stage.

However, despite the tragic ending, this Bengals team is set for the future thanks to their young receiver-quarterback partnership between LSU teammates Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase, who has taken the league by storm during their short stint as active NFL players.

The biggest worry for the Bengals franchise moving forward comes from their O-Line, which ranks amongst the league’s worst as they have continuously allowed Burrow to be sacked, putting him in challenging predicaments on the following play.

If this team can invest further into their O-Line and play between the trenches, the Bengals will likely make another run to the Superbowl. They could bring the trophy to the state of Ohio for the first time in league history.

Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles currently occupy the league’s best record this season and have quickly established themselves as a major force to contend for years across the NFC.

QB Jalen Hurts has emerged as an MVP frontrunner this season thanks to the arrival of A.J. Brown at receiver during the offseason, with the Eagles’ O-Line also remaining as one of the league’s most distinguished as Hurts is often provided with the best protection when searching for a pass or rushing for an extra few yards.

The Eagles are also one of the league’s top defensively stout teams, with opponents often finding great difficulties in challenging this roster whenever running the ball or passing down the field, leaving this group as the best in a stacked NFC East division.

Some other notable long-time contenders include the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Chargers, and Dallas Cowboys. As well as these teams, fans should watch the likes of the Baltimore Ravens, Minnesota Vikings, Detroit Lions, and Jacksonville Jaguars, who have emerged as future contenders after a rebuilding period.
