Antony’s former lover and girlfriend, Gabriela Cavalin has come up with fresh charges on Antony, MySportDab reports.
The Brazil celebrity DJ is not buckling down on her allegations on Antony with reports emerging she is ready for a fresh legal challenge with the Man United star.
Recall Cavalin, who reportedly started dating Antony last year, raised eyebrows when she reported Antony to Brazilian authorities for alleged domesitic abuse.
According to her, Antony abused her during her relationship with him and was constantly subjecting her to brutal treatments and physical assaults.
Cavalin filed a police report to the effect of the allegations with a documented evidence involving audio and video tapes of the said abuse.
In one occasion, she reported being attended to by Manchester United medical team after a brutal encounter with Antony left her bloodied and in critical condition.
After the allegations, Cavalin granted a live interview detailing the alleged abuses, including a point she had to stitch her breast due to injuries she sustained after being violently abused by Antony.
Antony, who is married with a child, denied the allegations but Brazil authorities had begun investigations into the incident since the report was tendered in Brazil.
Now, according to Brazil outlet UOL, Gabriela Cavalin legal representatives are preparing to launch a fresh report of the said abuse in England, where the incident partly occured so that British authorities can also take up the case.
According to Gabriel Cavaline lawyer, Souza, who are handling the case in England, the case will be taken up by England’s Crown Prosecutor Service and the Manchester Police immediately and Antony could face as many as three different crimes based in English law.
