The Blues are now looking to make another move which is coming really late and could yet be another dramatic one to happen for them.
Chelsea could also be dishing out another huge fee with the player already showing potentials of being a wonderful player in the future.
Cole Palmer for now remain with Manchester City who could make the move happen or shut down all attempts made to sign their young talent.
