Against the run of play, Toulouse pulled a late shocker in the 90th minutes after PSG conceded a spotkick.
Aboukhlal stepped up and perfectly converted the spotkick to bring the scoreline to a dramatic 1-1 draw.
After the home side bagged an equaliser, PSG needed stoppage-time to return to the lead.
They made late concerted effort to find another goal but could score as Toulouse held on to grab a crucial one point from the defending champions.
