Premier League giants Chelsea have been handed a major injury boost as they get ready for a crunch Premier League tie, MySportDab reports.
Chelsea have been battling with a number of injuries that has contributed to the club’s dwindling Premier League fortunes.
A number of first team players are on the sidelines including key squad members such as Reece James, Christopher Nkunku, Chalobah, and others.
New signing from Southampton, Romeo Lavia, is yet to make his Chelsea debut due to a niggling injury crisis.
Marcus Bettinelli is also on the sidelines deepening the club’s injury woes.
Now, according to Daily Mail, Chelsea have been handed a major injury boost ahead of their crunch Premier League tie against Arsenal next month.
Reece James, who has missed weeks of action for the Blues on the sidelines is set to return to the squad.
Reece James picked up a harmstring issue back in August and had to undergo his personal rehabilitation.
He hasn’t featured for the team since then but is now set to return to full training as he has reportedly made a huge leap towards full recovery.
However, it has been confirmed he will not return to action with the club this month but will likely make a return before the London Derby against Arsenal on October 21, 2023.
Reece is key to Chelsea squad and his imminent return will be a big boost to the team, who are struggling to get back to winning ways after a run of poor results.
