Nicolas Jackson scored as Chelsea advance into the Carabao Cup 4th round beating Brighton 1-0, MySportDab reports.
The game was one which could have seen a lot happen if there was VAR in the encounter that saw some red card events gone free.

The first half was a close call when it came to them creating opportunities which they had so much dealings on the pitch.
Brighton and Hove Albion dominated play and did well enough seeing more of the ball going forward with them also getting the opportunities.
Robert Sanchez error almost caused Chelsea to go down but luckily, Joao Pedro couldn’t hit the target as his striker was over the bar.
The Spain goalkeeper soon redeemed himself after forcing a save from Ansu Fati strike after Caicedo was wrestled off the ball close to the penalty spot.
They couldn’t make anything happen all through the first half which came to an end with Chelsea 0-0 Brighton and Hove Albion as they headed for the break.
The second half came to reality with a lot more happening while the home side had the luck of no VAR which could have seen Lesley Ugochukwu sent off in the first 45 minutes.
Chelsea came in stronger and pushing to see what they can make happen very early in the game which didn’t come for them despite the chances.
Brighton were stunned in the 51st minutes of the match after a teamwork effort saw Cole Palmer setting the ball kindly for Nicolas Jackson who made it 1-0.
Another goal was score by Jackson as the match carried on, but the referee had to call things back and signalled for a offside which kept things 1-0.
Chelsea were able to complete the job by making sure they beat Brighton and Hove Albion 1-0 which see them advancing into the 4th round of Carabao Cup.
