WATCH: Bizarre Moment Sheffield United Fans Threw Chair On Man United Players

Manchester United players escaped disaster at the death during their Premier League win over Sheffield United, MySportDab reports.

The Red Devils scurried to a 2-1 over Sheffield United at Bramall Lane thanks to a screamer by Diogo Dalot.

Dalot fired a thunderbolt strike from outside the box to secure all three points for the Red Devils after a near deadlock in the second half.

The win saw Manchester United leaped to the 8th position on the Premier League table with 15 points to continue their rise from the ashes of an underwhelming start to the season.

The victory at Bramall Lane was not without skirmishes and heated moments as some fans of Sheffield United lose their guard and took rather wild steps towards Man United players.

In a footage available at the end of this post, Manchester United players escaped a disaster at the death as they narrowly being hit by a flying chair.

United players were celebrating Diogo Dalot’s goal when the chair was seen flying from a direction of Sheffield United fans.

The identity of the fan who hurled the chair is unknown but it has been assumed it was coming from a disgruntled Sheffield United fan.

Thankfully, the jubilant Man United players, who were celebrating the goal were a good distance away from the missile and were safe.

The awkward incident was not the only low point of the match. As the game progressed, another footage showed security operatives wrestling with a suspected Sheffield United fan to whisk him off the pitch.

Sources close to the incident revealed the fan wanted to invade the pitch and attack Bruno Fernandes and his Co. before he was being battled down by the officials.

Man United picked up three points in the Premier League for the fifth time this season, building on their win over Brentford before the international break.
