Manchester United and Chelsea are reportedly locked in a race to recruit two Brazilian youngsters, MySportDab reports.
The two players, identified as Luis Guilherme of Palmeiras and Lorran of Flamengo, are said to be on the radar of the two clubs as potential recruits.
Guilherme and Lorran are both 17-year-olds and are delivering for their clubs with prolific performances.
While Guilherme has featured for Brazil U-20 team, Lorran is reportedly still plying his trade with Brazil U-17.
The two players are tipped to dominate the game in the nearest with their great talents and are a top transfer target for most clubs in Europe.
Manchester United scouts have already landed on the shores of Brazil to watch the two players and are strongly interested in a move.
However, United are likely to be plunged into a bidding war with domestic rivals, Chelsea.
Chelsea are also said to be interested in the two players and have also sent scouts for them, according to Fabrizio Romano.
United and Chelsea are not the only clubs interested in the Brazilian youngsters. Some top clubs in Europe are reportedly eyeing the two players and will likely enter the race to sign them.
However, Fabrizio Romano has confirmed Manchester United remains a bold presence in the race while other clubs are yet to show concrete interest.
Lorran has played four times for Flamengo, scoring once and recently netted for Brazil’s U-17 side against England.
While Guilherme made his debut for Palmeiras in April and is currently part of Brazil’s U-20 set-up.
