Lionel Messi and Inter Miami have failed to book a spot in the MLS playoffs this season, MySportDab reports.
The Argentina International have been the new fire lighting up his team, but it wasn’t enough to see them move on beyond.
Inter Miami have now missed out on making the MLS playoffs despite the addition of numerous players this season.
Lionel Messi have played a huge part for the team since making his move from Paris Saint Germain after his contract came to an end.
According to reports coming from Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed Inter Miami did not make the playoff as their season comes to an early end.

“Inter Miami have been eliminated from the MLS playoffs.
“After their October 21st match, Inter Miami will NOT play another MLS game until late February.
“Since Messi’s debut, Inter Miami only won one of the six games he missed and only lost one of the 13 he’s played in.
David Beckham have invested a lot in making sure the team meet up with others this season, but it was already too late to see happen.
Things haven’t worked out despite Lionel Messi joining them and help push the team who were seating at the bottom of the table.
Inter Miami won’t be taking part in the MLS playoff which Lionel Messi will be missing another chance of making something happen.
