Barcelona came from behind to grab a deserved 2-1 victory over Porto in Champions League matchday five clash, MySportDab reports.

The La Liga and European giants stumbled early in the game as they conceded at the half hour with Pepe giving Porto the lead.

Immediately after Pepe’s curtain-raiser, Barcelona fought back with Manchester City loanee Joao Cancelo leveling terms for the home side just two minutes later.

Both sides drew blank after the quickfire double and ended the first half on a 1-1 draw.

Barcelona stepped up their game in the second half but were still struggling to find the back of the net as Porto fought hard to deny the Catalans.

In the 59th minutes, Joao Felix scored for the home side to complete the turnaround and put the team enroute to a fourth win in the group.

Porto tried to register their mark in the game as they fell out from their half to try and find an equaliser all to no avail.

Barcelona were still more dominant despite taking the lead and definitely cruising to a deserved win.

The Xavi-led team came across a slew of clear cut chances that would have had the game buried but they could not convert them.

The match finally ended with Barcelona securing a deserved 2-1 win after the final whistle. Barcelona have now booked their place in round 16 of the tournament after making it 4 wins in 5 Champions League matches.
