Luton Town played a 1-1 draw against Liverpool in a match which stunned the Reds who couldn’t get the job done, MySportDab reports.
The newly promoted side gave a solid account of themselves which was good enough to see them through the first 45 minutes.
Former Manchester United player Tahith Chong scored, but Luis Diaz made his comeback with a goal which was able to rescue things.

It was an incredible display shown by the new boys in the Premier League which they put up a good fight holding down everything.
Liverpool saw more of the ball but couldn’t materialize anything as the game was balanced with the home side giving them a good run.
It was going wonderfully planned for Luton Town who’s plan was to come into the match and hold on for as long as possible in the encounter.
It was raining opportunities which mostly came for Darwin Nunez who had his chances but failed to make anything happen despite coming close many times.
Luton Town held Liverpool all through the 45 minutes which saw both teams playing a goalless 0-0 scoreline between themselves which was cagey.
The Reds came into the second half pushing more with them looking to take the lead that wasn’t allowed to make happen in the first 45 minutes.
Luton Town continued on doing so well with them also making some opportunities of their own which was fair enough from them in the match.
Liverpool were solid enough to worry about their defense as the priority was them scoring a goal as the game continued between them moving forward.
The home side took the lead in the game after a beautiful goal scored by Tahith Chong which came in the 80th minutes of the game making things 1-0 between them.
VAR intervene as the game was stopped at a point which prompted a check, but the goal stood and the encounter carried on between both teams.
Luis Diaz was able to nick in a goal to pull back level for the reds 1-1 in the additional time of the encounter which was a brilliant one.
Luton Town was unable to deliver as they claimed a 1-1 draw against Liverpool in a Premier League match which was massive in terms of their performance.
