The Premier League have announced the winner for October Player of the Month award, MySportDab reports.
The award nominees featured six top players who starred for their respective clubs in the said month with Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah leading the race.
Also on the mix of nominees’ for the prestigious monthly award was Arsenal sensation Declan Rice who have shone bright with the Gunners since joining on a record transfer free from West Ham United.
Brentford prolific forward Bryan Mbeumo also made the list after his sensational outing for Brentford. Mbeumo has shouldered the goalscoring responsibility for the Bees since Ivan Toney was freezed out of the squad with an eight-month ban.
Argentina and Tottenham unshakeable defender Cristian Romero also made it to the list for his contributions at the back to Tottenham Hotspur’s prolific run in the month.
Wolves star Pedro Neto and Douglas Luiz of Aston Villa also sailed through to the six-man nominees’ list with their elite level performances for their clubs.
All the nominees deservedly made it to the nominees’ list but Mohamed Salah has been announced the winner of the award after his prolific outing with Liverpool in the month in question.

Mohamed Salah picked up his goalscoring boots for the Reds in the month, scoring an astonishing five goals to power the Merseysiders to a brilliant Premier League finish in the month.
It is the first time the Egyptian forward has clinched the award this term breaking the dominance of Tottenham players in the past two months.
James Maddison bagged the award in August before his Tottenham teammate Son Heung-Min nailed it in September.
