The defender have come under so much scrutiny to prove everyone wrong including his manager Erik Ten Hag this season.

The award is the first of the season for Harry Maguire who have been criticized and shamed by so many.
There was no believe in the defender at the beginning of the season which saw him being stripped away from his role as the club captain.
His role was handed to Bruno Fernandes who have been doing well enough to keep the team moving this season.
Harry Maguire have done alot to remain positive and work hard to make sure he improve his game.
His work rate have gone so well and helped him achieve so much with him playing a huge role with Manchester United.
