Paul Pogba Ban Duration, Judgement Date CONFIRMED!

Paul Pogba is in the darkest moments of his career and may likely have his career come to an end in a matter of weeks from now, MySportDab reports.

Recall Pogba was indicted for failing a drug test after his blood sample was collected on August 20.

To further prepare the ground for his defense and further action, he was asked to submit a counter-analysis of the test result to counter the previous test result.

The counter-analysis test came out positive as well to his disappointment and he is now facing the likelihood of being placed on a lengthy ban.

Italian prosecutors have reportedly recommended that Paul Pogba should be slammed with maximum punishment of a four-year ban.

Should Pogba bag a four-year ban, he will be ruled out of football action until 2027 when he will be in his 30s.

By then, he must have lost the zeal and energy to push through his career hence sources close to the player have revealed he is ready to make his last-ditch effort to save his career.

Pogba has insisted he did not knowingly take the banned substance but it was contained in supplements that was recommended to him by medics for his injury.

As per reports, there is still a lifeline for Pogba but he must be able to provide a scientific evidence backing his claims he did not intentionally use the substance.

Pertinent to note, it will not be a clean slate for the former Man United star even if he is able to come out unscathed with his scientific evidence as he will still be sentenced to a ban but the duration will be reduced.

The Sun reports, Pogba will learn his fate early next year with enough time in his hands to prepare for his self defense.

Meanwhile, Juventus are reportedly not helping matters on Pogba’s indictment. They have placed him on suspension following the doping allegations, and are reportedly ready to tore apart his contract if he is banned.
