Pochettino REATS To ‘Mikey Mouse Cup’ Clash Vs Newcastle

Mauricio Pochettino have reacted over tagged ‘Mikey Mouse Cup’ clash vs Newcastle United, MySportDab reports.

The Chelsea manager have laughed off claims as his side are prepare to go up against Newcastle United later tonight.

The Carabao Cup game is one which have been filled with a lot of talks as both teams fight to get themselves into the final place.

Manchester United are the current holders of the title, but they couldn’t make it through after crashing out long time ago before this stages.

Meanwhile there have been some jokes making rounds as the Carabao Cup is being tagged as Mikey Mouse Cup which many claims have no value.

Mauricio Pochettino was quick to laugh off all those claims and he had a lot to say as they are coming prepared to give anything for the title.

According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the statement coming from the Chelsea boss who is keen on making sure his side get the needed win tonight.

Here Is What He Said:

“I don’t know which people are saying Mickey Mouse Cup… we are not feeling this way”.

“It is a really good opportunity to win. I saw for more than 10 years how clubs celebrate winning this cup. It is one of our objectives”.

Chelsea have faced a lot of struggles this season, but they have one leg at the possibility of winning a title this campaign despite their poor performance.

Meanwhile, Newcastle United are also looking to make it into the final as they would consider making it and also winning this time after failing to do so against Manchester United.

Mauricio Pochettino and his Chelsea side are coming from a 2-0 victory against Sheffield United which they hope is enough to inspire a win against Newcastle who thrashed them 4-1 already this season.
