Granit Xhaka has revealed reasons behind his Arsenal exit which wasn’t a pleasant situation, MySportDab reports.
The Switzerland International wasn’t pleased with situation at the Emirates despite being captain of his side.
Arsenal were eventually forced into a move which would see Granit Xhaka make a move to Bayer Leverkusen where he has been exceptional.
The Swiss have been unstoppable since making his move to the German Bundesliga under Xabi Alonso team who are topping things for now.
He had so much to say concerning his time at Arsenal which did not provide anything much as he was rather seen as not needed.
According to reports reaching us from Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed statements which was made by Granit Xhaka who had to endure a lot at Arsenal.

“Arsenal showed me little respect even though I was the captain.
“It was clear they wanted to get rid of me — apart from one person: Arteta”.
“With my heart & soul, I had already left the club. Mikel told me he wanted me to stay.
The exit have since been a blessing to the player who is doing well with Bayer Leverkusen where he has cemented himself a place playing regular football.
Granit Xhaka will be looking towards winning the Bundesliga title with his side who are sitting on top of the table heading into the new year.
