Bounedjah scored a brace as Algeria came from behind to draw Burkina Faso 2-2 at the AFCON 2023, MySportDab reports.
It was a wonderful game that almost slipped away for the Algerians who had to come back twice to rescue themselves from losing.
Baghdad Bounedjah was the massive influence in ensuring his side did not suffer what could have been a shocking loss after 90 minutes.

It was another beautiful game that kicked off so well between both Nations who had their moments in the first 45 minutes of action.
Algeria gave a good account of themselves from kickoff which they saw more of the ball but couldn’t convert their early opportunities going forward.
For Burkina Faso, they had their chances but it was more of them trying to make sure they held their ground while hoping for something tangible.
The game progressed hitting the remaining minutes left with nothing until Mohamed Konate scored in the additional time ensuring things became 0-1.
Burkina Faso kept their lead heading into the break against Algeria which was 0-1 with nothing else being able to come to play between both sides who did well enough.
There was more that came to play in the second half as both teams made it count when it was needed from them to make happen.
Algeria leveled things 1-1 through Baghdad Bounedjah in the 51st minute which was a cool and wonderful finish to ensure everything went back to normal.
Burkina Faso restored their lead with a goal from Bertrand Traore in the 71st minute which came from the penalty spot as the scoreline turned 1-2 with more to play.
It was raining opportunities and pressing until an additional time goal from Baghdad Bounedjah made sure the scoreline was leveled once again 2-2.
Algeria were able to rescue themselves as they played out a 2-2 draw against Burkina Faso which was an interesting game all through the 90 minutes of action.
