Chelsea have made confirmation concerning rumors making headlines about them making an offer for Viktor Gyokeres, MySportDab reports.

Those at Stamford Bridge are strongly linked with a move for the Sporting Lisbon player who is highly rated by a number of teams.

Viktor Gyokeres to Chelsea have been the major headline despite a lot still yet to be resolved by the London side who need a goal scoring number nine.

Meanwhile the Premier League club are looking into potential short term plan for their goal scoring problems hitting them this season.

Roberto Firmino and Karim Benzema are both on the list of potential signings who could come in on loan until end of the season from Saudi Arabia.

They have both been struggling to make things happen in Saudi Arabia following their big money moves which haven’t worked well so far.

Chelsea are also said to be eyeing Viktor Gyokeres as a long term plan with other names including Victor Osimhen on their list of possible signing.

Reports earlier made headlines that the London club have made an offer for the Sporting Lisbon striker which was immediately turned down by the club.

According to reports reaching us from Nizaar Kinsella he confirmed Chelsea never made any offer for Viktor Gyokeres and they have not made any attempts on talks.

Here Is What Was Said:

“Chelsea haven’t made a bid for Sporting striker Viktor Gyokeres.

“There’s no interest either, as it stands.

Chelsea are still looking for a short term fix with Karim Benzema and Robert Firmino who they both are looking for a way out of Saudi Arabia.

There is still other move that is being looked at by those running the show for the Premier League side who hope on making new additions to their team that needs more improvement.
