Victor Osimhen Attends Crossover Service In Lagos Church [Video]

Nigeria footballing sensation and Napoli forward Victor Osimhen joined thousands of churchgoers to pray for new beginnings in 2024, MySportDab reports.

The 2023 CAF Footballer of the Year was seen joining worshippers in Redeemed Christian Church of God Parish in Lagos to pray for the new year.

In the viral footage available at the end of this post, church members were star-struck as Victor Osimhen made his way to the podium.

The 24-year-old was with all smiles as he shared a warmth embrace with the Pastor before being handed the microphone.

Victor Osimhen is on vacation from Napoli as he prepares to anchor Super Eagles’ attack in the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup Of Nations in Ivory Coast.

The former Lille forward made Jose Peseiro’s 25-man squad for 2023 AFCON due to his remarkable campaign with Napoli last season.

Wth the continental showpiece kicking off in a few weeks, Osimhen is among top players that have been released by their clubs for the tournament.

Victor Boniface is also on break from Bayer Leverkusen as he prepares to join up with the Super Eagles camp for the tournament.

Victor Osimhen will be playing in his third AFCON tournament for the Super Eagles and will be hoping to win the trophy for the African giants as he helped Napoli broke a 33-year wait for the Scudetto.

Nigeria last won AFCON title in 2013 and will be hoping to break the 10 years deadlock by bringing home the coveted silverware.

They have won the tournament three times, and will kick off proceedings on January 14, 2024 against Equatorial Guinea before taking on tournament hosts Ivory Coast and Guinea-Bissau.
