Ivory Coast came from behind to win the AFCON 2023 title beating Nigeria 1-2 on their home ground, MySportDab reports.
The Super Eagles ensured they were tactical by making sure they kept a good line of defense with a lot being done before they took the lead.

The second half came to life with both Nations pushing to make sure they made it count as it was cagey from the first 45 minutes of action.
Nigeria continued holding to their 1-0 advantage as the match pushed on with so much pressure coming from the host nation who had everything needed.
Ivory Coast scored the leveler which came from Franck Kessie in the 62nd minute from a good finish which ensured things became 1-1 between both teams.
The game continued with another stunning finish which came for Sebastian Haller who was able to finish off from a clever touch to make it 1-2 in the 81st minutes.
Ivory Coast were able to get the job as they secured a 1-2 victory to ensure that they can lift the AFCON 2023 on their home ground after 90 minutes of action played.
