Chelsea star Armando Broja has completed a deadline day switch from Chelsea to Fulham, MySportDab reports.

Broja’s cross to the other side of West London ends a dragging negotiating process that nearly ended in a deadlock.

Chelsea previously wanted a permanent transfer for Armando Broja slamming a £50 price tag on the player. Fulham were not interested in a permanent deal.

The Blues’ London neighbours only vied for a short-term deal with no buy option. However, they were reportedly open to renewing terms for a permanent deal should Broja impress on his loan shift.

Talks between the two clubs reportedly dragged on with Chelsea finally settling for a loan deal but with an offer slightly above ground what Fulham were willing to pay.

As per Daily Mail, Chelsea asked for a £5m loan fee from Fulham but the suitors rejected the price and opted for a £4m fee.

As the transfer deadline approaches, Chelsea were reportedly forced to buck down on their stance and demand for the player.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the Blues have finally reached agreement for a £4m loan deal for Armando Broja.

Broja is expected to fly to West London for his medical and official unveiling as new Fulham player till the rest of the reason.

The talented attacker suffered a threatening injury that ruled him out of action throughout last season. Since returning from the sidelines, he has struggled for a regular spot in Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea setup.

In his 19 appearances for the club this season, Armando Broja has managed only 8 starts, coming off the bench in 11.

He will be hoping to return to regular footballing action as he spends the rest of his season with Fulham.
