Chelsea legend Eden Hazard has revealed the best and worst manager he worked with while plying his trade at Chelsea, MySportDab reports.

The Belgian reached the peak of his career at Chelsea, were he won the Premier League two times, EFL and FA Cup, and Europa League two times.

In his seven year spell with the London club, Hazard played under different managers including Guus Hiddink, Antonio Conte, Mauricio Sarri, Jose Mourinho, Roberto Di Mateo, and Rapha Benitez.

Speaking on John Obi Podcast, a football podcast anchored by his former Chelsea teammate John Obi Mikel, Eden Hazard revealed Antonio Conte was the best as well as the most difficult manager he worked with.

Under Antonio Conte, Eden Hazard revealed the only time he was happy was playing for the club. Outside being in action in the field, he was unfazed by Antonio Conte’s rigorous training schedule, hence he did not like him at all.

“All the week training. I was going out Saturday, I need to enjoy a little bit because I know the day after is going to be back on the training ground. I have to do something, it’s my only 90 minutes I can enjoy.

”You remember him, stopping, tactics, “no we have to do that”. Saturday was the best day for me,” Hazard said in the Podcast.

Nevertheless, Eden Hazard had his most brilliant moments as a Chelsea player under Antonio Conte, who was incharge of the club from 2016 to 2018.

Under Conte’s watch, Chelsea won the Premier League title in 2017, defeated Manchester City to win the FA Cup in 2018 with Eden Hazard scoring the winner at Wembley to edge out the Manchester club.

Antonio Conte would later be sacked by Chelsea in 2018 despite the FA Cup triumph with Hazard making 94 appearances, scoring 34 goals, and providing 21 assists under the Italian’s reign.
