FT: Brentford 2-2 Chelsea, Nicolas Jackson STRIKES! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Nicolas Jackson was on target as Chelsea drew Brentford in a Premier League match 2-2 away from Stamford Bridge, MySportDab reports.

It was an outstanding clash that saw a different Blues side who were led by Nicolas Jackson playing the number nine position going forward.

The draw was a disappointing one Mauricio Pochettino’s side couldn’t move further in the Premier League table as they continued with their struggle for the season.

There was a lot to play from both teams who started well pushing with all they had to offer on the pitch which was where the whole action took place.

Ivan Toney could have gifted Brentford the lead, but his strike was blocked, and came back hitting him for a goal kick with them both pushing forward.

There was a lot mostly from Chelsea who maintained good composure with Jackson getting a clear opportunity after beating the goalkeeper but failing to make it count.

Nicolas Jackson was able to get his goal after a wonderful bullet header from him in the 35th minute made sure the game became 0-1 between both teams.

The goal scored was assisted by Malo Gusto and that was the only talking point as Chelsea headed for the break with a 0-1 lead against Brentford who did well enough.

Both teams came in for the remaining half which saw them taking a different approach with the away side playing with more caution on their end.

Mads Roerslev scored in the 50th minutes making sure Brentford started well in the second half which they wasted no time in drawing back level 1-1.

Chelsea were stunned again after a wonderful Scorpio kick finish from Yoane Wissa in the 69th minutes making sure things became 2-1 for the home side.

Axel Disasi’s header brought things back to level 2-2 in the 83rd minute making sure the Blues were able to bring themselves into the match.

Chelsea was unable to cement the victory which saw them draw in the Premier League game from their 2-2 result against Brentford after 90 minutes of action.
