FT: Chelsea 2-2 Burnley, Blues Draw Against 10-Man! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Cole Palmer was on strike again as Chelsea were held to a 2-2 draw against 10-man Burnley at Stamford Bridge, MySportDab reports.

It was a beautiful game for the Blues who made sure VAR disallowing their first goal did not stop them from making things happen.

The away side had their player and coach both sent off at the same time over a penalty which VAR backed to stay after it was reviewed.

It was another game which had Mauricio Pochettino coming up with a number of changes from the team that played against Leicester City before the break.

Burnley started well as they were balance and able to secure control of their fate despite giving the ball away on some occasions going forward.

Chelsea thought they had the lead after a goal from Axel Disasi which came in the 20th minutes, but unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be as the ball hit his hand going in.

Things continued until a moment which saw Mudryk being brought down inside the box resulting to Assignon getting a second yellow card resulting to red.

Vincent Kompany was also shown a red card before Cole Palmer scored from the penalty spot which saw Chelsea headed for the break with a 1-0 lead against Burnley.

There was more with the second half coming to play which the away side were down by one player and also there was no coach with them.

Josh Cullen scored in the 47th minutes with assist from Brownhill to bring Burnley back into the encounter as the scoreline turned 1-1 between both teams.

Chelsea restored their lead through a wonderful finish from Cole Palmer which made it his brace and scoreline 2-1 in the 78th minutes with assist from Sterling.

Things were far from over as Dara O’Shea scored a header in the 81st minutes which ensured things became level once again 2-2 with assist from Josh Cullen.

Chelsea couldn’t do well enough as they were held to a 2-2 victory against Burnley which pushed them nowhere on the table as they stayed in the 11th position.
