Southgate REVEALS Ben White REFUSE To Play For England

Gareth Southgate have revealed alot concerning Ben White refusal to play for England since the World Cup outburst, MySportDab reports.

The England manager who recently unveil list of player for the upcoming International break was pleased to answer some questions.

Ben White have long been excluded from the England national team for a while following him leaving camp during the World Cup in Saudi Arabia.

The Arsenal defender have since refused to play for National team which have brought about a lot of debate with the situation.

The Three Lions manager have done everything possible to avoid any backlash with the situation which he confirmed the door is still open.

Here Is What He Said:

“I don’t want a backlash. I understand we are in a situation where that could happen.

“But he’s signed a new contract so there’s no question he’s got the love of the Arsenal fans.

“The shame is I’d have liked to have picked him.

“In these situations, I’ve tried to protect players. Yet that’s impossible here.

“Because of the timing of asking to come off the long-list for our squad, I don’t think that it would be right not to state the situation we’re in.

“We’ve explained to Arsenal we were going to do that. And if you make a decision like that, you do have to stand by it.

“The door is open — but that’s unlikely now for the Euros because of the situation this month.

The situation with the Arsenal defender remain a sensitive situation which hope to get resolved as Southgate is open to calling him back.

Ben White is yet to make any comment concerning the situation which his maim focus is Arsenal after signing a new contract with the club yesterday.
