Wesley Fofana injury is now looking to force him out for the rest of this season after the latest confirmation, MySportDab reports.

The defender have been from one injury to another since his big money move to Chelsea from Leicester City.

The chances of Wesley Fofana returning this season have been weighed by Mauricio Pochettino during his press conference today.

Things haven’t been in the favor of the defender who barely made anything happen this season with his long injury keeping him out.

Fofana have always been in and out of the medical section since making a record breaking move which is now looking like a bad business.

The Blues have been able to carry on without him after adding more new defenders who have been able to do fair enough.

According to reports reaching us from Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed Mauricio Pochettino comments concerning Wesley Fofana injury update.

Here Is What He Said:

“Pochettino on Wesley Fofana: “I don’t think we will see him back before the end of this season, unfortunately”.

“You never know, of course. But it looks like this now”.

The update means the defender won’t be making any much appearance this season which he has barely kicked the ball.

He Added:

“Thiago Silva and Marc Cucurella, back to team full training as Chelsea confirm.

“Nkunku, Badiashile, Chukwuemeka, Fofana, Reece James, Romeo Lavia and Lesley Ugochukwu are continuing to undergo his rehabilitation programme.

The injury list is encouraging a bit as most of them are going through rehabilitation which is closer to seeing them return.

Other players like Reece James is sidelined and could be taking more time away as Mauricio Pochettino shares more.
