Footie Icon Carlos Tevez Hospitalized For Medical Emergency

Footie icon and former Argentina international Carlos Tevez has been hospitalized for a horror health crisis, MySportDab reports.

The former Manchester United and Manchester City player reportedly struggled with breathing difficulties and had to be rushed to the hospital, as per Argentinian outlets.

The root cause of the health emergency for the iconic former footballer, now manager, is still unknown with the Sun reporting that he struggled with chest pains.

As of the time of filing this report, it has been confirmed he is undergoing numerous medical tests in Bueno Aires, Argentina to diagnose the problem for a proper medication.

Meanwhile, speculations have continued to swirl around over the immediate and remote cause of the health challenge.

Brazilian outlets suggest the Premier League legend must have struggled with stress leading to the problem.

After his heroic career, Tevez is currently managing an Argentinian topflight side Independiente.

The club confirmed Tevez’s medical issue in an official club statement but added he is in stable condition and the results have been ‘satisfactory’ so far.

Notably, Independiente’s statement on Carlos Tevez’s situation came after they had initially denied reports the 40-year-old has been hospitalized.

 

There were conjectures the club wanted to manage Tevez’s medical situation away from the glares of the media before leaked reports reveal the true situation of things.

“Our coach, Carlos Tevez, went to the La Trinidad Hospital in San Isidro with chest pain.

“They carried out the corresponding tests and they were satisfactory.

“Today he will continue with a series of tests scheduled in advance as part of a general check-up,” the club statement reads.

“Carlos Tevez will be hospitalised as a precaution until the corresponding tests are completed,” it added.

Sources close to the legendary footballer revealed he has an history of high blood pressure and has been on regular medical checkup to keep tabs on his fitness and wellbeing.
