Noni Madueke CLASHES With Referee For Disallowed Winner [VIDEO]

Noni Madueke lost his cool with center-referee Craig Pawson during Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Aston Villa in the Premier League at Villa Park, MySportDab reports.

Aston Villa had gone into the lead four minutes into the game after Marc Cucurella mistakenly poked McGinns’ cross into the net.

Before the break, the hosts edged close to victory. Rogers scored three minutes before the break to scurry them to relative safety against the run of play.

After a disappointing first half, Chelsea quickly got back to proceedings in the second half. Noni Madueke scored two minutes after the hour mark to reduce the deficit.

Nine minutes before regulation time, Conor Gallagher scored a stunning wonder goal to peg the Villains back to a dramatic 2-2 draw.

In the final touch of the game, Axel Disasi thought he had scored a late winner for the Blues after a glancing header to make it 3-2 for the Blues.

The goal was subjected to a long check by VAR for a possible foul in the build-up. After the check, the goal was chalked off by Craig Pawson, who deemed Benoit Badiashile had fouled Aston Villa player Carlos in the build-up.

Noni Madueke was furious with Pawson’s decision. He angrily walked up to the official ranting, “It’s wrong. You know it’s wrong.”

Tensions nearly spilled beyond control with other Chelsea players trying to restrain Madueke from further aggressive behavior toward Pawson. He was brandished with a yellow card by the referee for the dissent and aggression.

The game ended squares with both sides settling for a 2-2 draw after the final whistle but the disallowed late goal has continued to generate controversies.

When asked about the goal in post-match press conference, Madueke insisted the goal should have been allowed.

Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino blasted the VAR decision overturning the goal, saying it has damaged English football.
