We reported earlier Real Madrid have requested permission from UEFA to roll out their newly-fitted retractable roof to cover the Stadium ahead of the clash. And the request has been granted for a closed, high-pitched, and fiery showdown.

It will be a rematch of the 2022/23 semifinal when Manchester City aced through to the final with an emphatic 5-1 victory.

The Cityzens drew 1-1 in the first leg at Santiago Bernabeu before breezing pass the then-European champions with a 4-0 victory in the second leg at Etihad.

After inflicting the chastening defeat on the LaLiga and European giants, City have grown stronger, and are undoubtedly ready for another showdown with the Los Blancos.
