Fans have always looked forward to Football clubs rivalries which have always been a huge culture and part of the game.

Over the years there have been some rivalries which continue to bring so much heat to an extend of it resulting to physical battles.

A number of fans have had their fair sure of rivalries involving their respective club which have gone on to remain in their memories.

Perhaps the most renowned rivalry in the world is El Clásico. It is universally recognized that El Clásico denotes the derby matchup between Real Madrid and Barcelona.

1902 marked the inaugural meeting between these two organizations; at the time, Real Madrid was still known as Madrid CF. F.C. Barcelona recorded a 3-1 victory in this neutral F.C.tch.

A derby, however, had not yet been created… The rivalry arose due to the protracted and delicate political context.
