Manchester United have received a double injury boost ahead of their crunch Premier League tie with Arsenal, MySportDab reports.

The Red Devils will hope to claw their charges back into the race for Europe next season as they take on a high-flying Mikel Arteta-led Arsenal, who are again battling Manchester City for the Premier League title.

The six-pointer clash will have a heavy bearing on Man United’s chances of qualifying for Europe next season as well as Arsenal’s Premier League title hopes.

Arsenal will hope to ace to penultimate fixture and steer to safety at the top as City continues breathing down on their necks on the title race.

Ahead of the clash, Manchester United, who have grappled with a grinding injury crisis, have received an injury boost with two top players – Marcus Rashford and Lisandro Martinez – back to the squad.

The Premier League club confirmed this in a statement on their official website.

“Manchester United have welcomed Lisandro Martinez and Marcus Rashford back into first-team training at Carrington.

“Our exclusive pics from the club’s base show the Argentina international and homegrown forward working with the main group after spells on the sidelines,” it read in part.

United lost their last Premier League fixture to Crystal Palace by an outrageous margin and will be hoping to return to winning ways when they take on the Gunners at Old Trafford.

Conversely, Arsenal, who have been on a sensational campaign this season, will head into the game with a fully fit squad.

With United manager Erik ten Hag facing an uncertain future at Old Trafford, the Dutchman will score a big point on his quest to secure his job with a win against the title-chasers.

Arsenal have only managed one win in their last 16 visits to Old Trafford and will count on their better form to put the struggling Old Trafford outfit to the sword.
