Thomas Tuchel has confirmed a decision made concerning his stay at Bayern Munich after major talks, MySportDab reports.
The German manager has been making headlines both concerning Bayern Munich and other clubs who seem to be monitoring his situation.
Thomas Tuchel and Bayern Munich’s partnership has been a rollercoaster after coming in to become their manager last season.
The relationship between both involved was impacted after the decision from the Bavarian board to sack the manager once the season came to an end.
The decision was one that both parties confirmed as they continued working together to ensure the transition which was supposed to happen at the end of the season went well.
However, things changed after a couple of names decided on not to take the job including Ralf Rangnick who was the main target, and talks were also made.
Talks with Thomas Tuchel’s agent were put into action as the club wanted the manager to remain with the club despite a decision early to have home sacked.
Recent reports coming from Fabrizio Romano have confirmed the former Chelsea manager won’t be staying with Bayern Munich as nothing was agreed despite the talks.
Here Is What Was Said:
“Thomas Tuchel will NOT stay as Bayern manager, no change of mind.
“This is my last press conference as FC Bayern manager”.
“There were talks, but we didn’t reach an agreement… so the decision of February still stands”, Tuchel says.
There are reports of a possible deal already waiting for the German with Manchester United and several teams looking to sign him.
Thomas Tuchel will leave Bayern Munich when the season comes to an end and nothing could affect the decision made this time around.
